Volunteer Hotline Advocate Training Winter 2009

Join the movement against Sexual Assault in Charlottesville and the surrounding region!

WHAT: The Sexual Assault Resource Agency will provide a 40-hour training this winter for community volunteers to serve on our 24-hour hotline.

WHEN: Feb. 16 - Mar. 26 | Monday and Wednesdays | 6-9pm

HOTLINE: The SARA Hotline offers free, confidential, 24-hour support to Charlottesville and the surrounding counties. As a trained Advocate, you will provide crisis intervention through emotional support, information, and referrals to survivors of sexual assault, their families, friends, and service providers.
