Report on National Impeachment Teach-Ins

Here's an audio file of an interview I did on Charlottesville, Va., radio yesterday promoting the event we held this evening at a church in town.

The crowd filled the room and we ran out of chairs.

Everyone was enthusiastic about what they could do to advance impeachment. We recommended the following:

Wear an impeachment T-shirt every day.

Display stickers and yard signs.

Work to pass a resolution in your town or city and to put impeachment on the local ballot in November.

Ask your local Congress Member to sign onto H Res 635.

Ask Republican Congress Member Ron Paul to stop just speaking out for impeachment and act on his beliefs.

Ask Nancy Pelosi to back off to a position of neutrality and cease opposing impeachment.

Thank John Conyers for what he's doing.

Talk to friends in other towns, districts, states.

Push local candidates for Congress to back impeachment.

Elect a Democratic majority.

Give money to www.impeachpac.org

Sign up to stay in touch and receive alerts.

Get books and DVDs and hold events.

Write to the editors of newspapers after every new scandal -- and there is at least one every day.

Phone radio shows.

Join local groups and go to meetings.

Come to Camp Democracy.
